Gilbert Durinho Burns and Ryan LaFlare prepare for their upcoming fights in Brazil. This practice was to mimic the actual fight, with new fresh guys every minute to push the pace. It is a total team effort, each man doing what they can to ensure Ryan and Gilbert are ready.
